Candidates must be willing to travel to New York twice per year.What You’ll DoDevelop, maintain, and execute complex inpatient coding audit processes and toolsConduct inpatient coding audits and review medical necessity against established guidelinesDesign and deliver clinical coding education and training programs for new and existing staffIdentify training gaps and recommend targeted education solutionsPartner with staff to resolve audit findings and improve coding accuracyPresent audit results, trends, and recommendations to leadershipEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programsMaintain training records and employee progress documentationSupport updates to policies, procedures, and workflows related to inpatient codingParticipate in limited travel as required
