You’ll bring a deep understanding of the quant ecosystem, leverage your existing network, and drive full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-bar environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment lifecycle for quant traders, quant researchers, and related roles.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.Proactively source high-caliber candidates through your network, headhunting, events, and online platforms.Manage pipelines, conduct initial screens, and coordinate technical assessments and interviews.Develop and refine recruiting strategies to target passive talent in competitive markets.Maintain data integrity in our ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and university career fairs.
