Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager

About the role:Reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing, this is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a lean team. You'll move fluidly between big-picture brand thinking and in-the-weeds execution, often on the same day. We're looking for someone who's worked closely with founders before, brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for direction, and can pitch a concept in the morning and shoot content that afternoon.

 What you’ll do:Own and evolve content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTubeBuild and execute the weekly/monthly social calendar, including launches, promotions, and partnershipsCreate, source, script, shoot, and post content dailyWork directly with founder Taryn Toomey to capture and extend her voice across all consumer touchpointsSupport brand partnerships and influencer initiatives end-to-endMonitor and engage community: comments, followers, and UGC on a daily basis Track platform performance and translate data into actionable strategyEmbody and foster The Class brand voice across all consumer touchpointsAct as a key brand marketing partner across Studio, Digital Product, Partnerships, Experience, and Creative — translating brand strategy into tangible content and campaignsLead influencer initiatives end-to-end: sourcing and vetting talent who fit the brand, managing outreach and relationships, and reporting on outcomes
