Versant is seeking a strategic, analytically strong leader to serve as Sr. Manager, Value Realization within the Enterprise Transformation Office. This role will help shape how transformation value is defined, measured, and managed across the company.Sitting at the intersection of enterprise strategy, financial discipline, and operational execution, this leader will help translate transformation activity into clear business outcomes, credible value cases, and measurable results.
