The LVMH Beauty Division is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Temp) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top Retail and Head Office candidates to help drive our company's growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced recruiters and make a significant impact on our organization. We are looking for someone with a passion for sourcing and an eye for talent, combined with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.This position will be a four-month contract, working four days per week (Monday-Thursday).ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Conduct thorough research and market analysis to identify top talent and industry trends.Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract and engage passive candidates.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations.Assistant Talent Acquisition with scheduling support.Collaborate with the Recruiting team to develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business needs.Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openingsMaintain candidate records through Applicant Tracking System.Keep track of and report on sourcing metrics and progress to management.Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
