We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (Ad Tech) to join our Advertising Technology team. In this position, you will play an essential role in driving the successful execution of our technical and IT projects. You will be the driving force behind planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here. Responsibilities:Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, with a focus on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming.Support lean, efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking—particularly with offshore teams in varied time zones.Translate high-level business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and tasks in Trello.Maintain up-to-date sprint boards, proactively flagging blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager.Collaborate closely with engineering and QA leads to ensure work is technically feasible, scoped appropriately, and aligned with release goals.Monitor sprint performance and velocity, and support continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices.Work closely with the client’s development team to align on timelines, milestones, and technical dependencies, ensuring joint execution stays on track.Provide timely reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks to internal leadership.
