Immediate need for an Accounting Assistant with a Manufacturing company in Nashua.
This is a Temp to Hire role, looking to move fast. Experience in the following areas are helpful:
AR processing – both invoices and collections
Labor entry into cost system
Weekly spreadsheet processing
Weekly system reports
Cash receipts
Balance sheet reconciliation
Month end processes – including JE creation, spreadsheets for financial package
This position also serves as a back up for AP and Purchase order entry
This is a Monday – Friday position. Monday – Thursday 9-3 and Fridays 9-4:30.
