Seeking to hire a Bookkeeper to join our team in Seabrook, NH. This is a part-time position, responsible for preparing financial records at a retail store. Work is onsite 25-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Post account payables/receivables
Prepare checks, electronic payments and deposits
Reconcile ledgers, bank, statements, inventory control and accounting records
Analyze the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Minium of 5-years previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferred
Be a pro with QuickBooks, Excel and Word
Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
Communicate clearly and be a problem-solver while interacting respectfully with others
Be accurate, reliable, and trustworthy, while demonstrating a positive attitude
