Our Vision:
The goal of this position is to help scale the enterprise from $3 million in annual revenue to $10 million within five years, and ultimately to $100 million annually within ten years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all personal and business finances, including bookkeeping and oversight of funds exceeding seven figures.
- Oversee office and home management to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Support the CEO’s health-conscious lifestyle, including fitness and nutrition goals.
- Develop and implement systems to achieve transformative business growth.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Proven experience in financial management and executive assistance.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- High IQ with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to fitness, nutrition, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Proficiency in financial tools/software and project management platforms.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
- Polished, professional demeanor with a proactive mindset.
- The CEO has two young teenagers
