LEASING/MARKETING MANAGER
Key Responsibilities (we offer comprehensive training for any gaps in your skillset):
-Oversee daily operations of a residential apartment complex
-Coordinate leasing, renewals, maintenance staff and property marketing efforts
-Address tenant violations calmly but firmly
-Billing and delinquency management
-Qualifications:
-Prior experience in property management, leasing, or customer-facing roles is a plus
-Good to Excellent Computer skills required
-Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
OPERATIONS/MAINTENANCE
We are seeking a multi-talented team member to round out our staff. You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair, as well as perform common area janitorial tasks and provide security while on premises.
Responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot/Evaluate/Repair issues with equipment and buildings
-Overseeing safety and security on site. - use camera system when needed and ensure building is quiet and secure
-Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely manner
-Order and replace broken parts or equipment
-Maintain a clean and a safe building
-Take charge of turn process
-Painting when needed
-Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
-Familiarity with hand-held/power tools and equipment
-Have proficiency and/or understanding in some or all of the following:
Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC
Appliance Repair
Snow Removal
Basic Landscaping
Computer programs
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong customer service mentality
Cooperative and motivated by a strong work ethic
