So basically, I run a small international outsourcing and website development firm and I'm looking for a remote administrative assistant that lives in New Hampshire to help me manage my company.
I have a discord with 1100+ freelancers on it, a large WhatsApp group of 100+ people, so plenty of people ready to go to satisfy USA clients, and I have clients incoming, I'm just too ADHD to get the necessary things done and there's too much to do, and I feel with a fellow American involved in the process the business can go much further.
I need someone who can handle sales, clients, light accounting , managing freelancers, so many things, quality control, etc.
I would like to have occasional in person meetings, and to help set up computer stuff, so I require that you live in new Hampshire. I'm trying to build my core team of Americans in New Hampshire. It's 99% remote though.
Pay is something to be discussed, I can probably afford $10+ per hour. If the business grows as I expect it to, quickly, then I can see this position going for up to $35+ an hour or so within a few months. Also possible commission/rev-share/equity maybe.
Business is hard, haha, but with you it'll be easier I would hope!
