Grappone Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Honda Service Dispatcher!
Hours: Monday - Friday
Service department is open Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:30pm and Saturdays 7:00am - 3:30pm.
The successful candidate for this position must be outgoing, responsible, dependable, team-oriented, take pride in personal appearance, be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision and be able to communicate with a wide variety of people. Customer service is our top priority, and it needs to be yours if you would like to join our team.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: electronically dispatches work to technicians in the shop, writes and processes all internal Repair Orders and helps manage technicians times throughout the day.
A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required of this position.
