Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Laundromat Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and efficient laundromat environment. This role involves assisting customers with their laundry needs, operating laundry equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the facility.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their laundry needs.
Operate washing machines, dryers, and equipment efficiently.
Provide guidance on the use of machines and services offered.
Maintain cleanliness in the laundromat, including regular cleaning of machines and common areas.
Monitor laundry supplies and restock as necessary to ensure availability for customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Perform basic math calculations for service pricing and change-making.
Perform duties related to Wash, Dry, Fold services.
Be able to lift 50lbs.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with dry cleaning processes and laundry operations is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
