Responsibilities - Part-Time Receptionist:
Answer a multi-line telephone and greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, assist with clerical duties, and more.
Assist with data entry, filing paperwork, etc.
Stock common areas with supplies as needed
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications - Part-Time Receptionist:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude and professional appearance
Punctual, dependable and a person of integrity
Receptionist and clerical experience is preferred
