Reports to: President

Salary Range: $100,000 to $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview:

TTG is seeking a motivated Senior Highway Engineer to join the Infrastructure Division in Concord, NH. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a desire to lead and grow the highway team. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of highway design experience and will be ready to take on a senior leadership role, contributing to the development of key projects while guiding and mentoring a talented team of engineers. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and expand the highway engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship

Develop comprehensive design plans and technical specifications for various jurisdictions

Perform detailed calculations for stormwater design, cost estimates, and other project components using tools like Excel and MathCad

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet state DOT standards and regulatory requirements

Prepare and review federal, state, and local permitting documentation

Ensure quality assurance and high standards are met across all project deliverables

Write technical reports and contribute to the creation of construction cost estimates

Interpret agency drawings and specifications to align designs with industry standards

Qualifications:

7-15 years of experience in highway design

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) registration required

Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and InRoads

Strong familiarity with state DOT standards and highway design regulations

Exceptional technical writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead projects independently as well as in a collaborative team setting

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent problem-solving abilities
