Mezzanine Catering is a rapidly growing family owned catering company based in Dover NH. We specialize in working with clients to create custom menus that meet their event needs.
An ideal candidate must have passion and motivation to work in a fast-paced, and professional kitchen. Must have flexible schedule as duties will require some night and weekend events. Candidate must be able to maintain professionalism with Back of House staff as well as with guest/client interaction. Teamwork, creativity, communication and problem solving skills are important to our team.
We are currently looking for the right person to assist in our production kitchen and oversee the kitchen at off-site events.
-Time will be split between production kitchen and event sites.
-Reliable transportation is a must.
-Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
-Schedule will consist of a mix of weekday production and some night and weekend events.
-Competitive salary based on experience and availability.
