The Atlantic Grill is an established seacoast restaurant that begins with our strong and dedicated employees and a great team of managers. Each year brings more and more business and we are looking to grow our team. We are one of very few restaurants on the seacoast that does a substantial amount of volume, year around, that enables us to support our team with the hours they need to take care of their personal lives. We believe that your personal time is very important and we try to provide the best work/personal life balance to ensure that you get your time.
We have a couple of very solid guys that will be leaving us in the near future to progress there careers. We applaud them as they have worked very hard to get to this point.
We welcome all experience levels and have full and part time positions available. Applicants should be receptive to praise along with constructive criticism. Everyone at he AG must be willing to learn and broaden their skill sets and knowledge as we have great team members to help train and mentor.
Kitchen staff receives a free daily meal, we have all the free parking you will ever need, major holidays off, summer hours are not that late, you are paid weekly, we have a huge, beautiful kitchen and facility and the ownership is hands down the best family to work for in the seacoast.
