Trillium Farm to Table in Laconia, NH is looking for full time & part time cooks. We are a fast-casual restaurant serving salads, sandwiches, grain bowls, small plates, and desserts. Everything is made from scratch, locally sourced and frequently changes depending on seasonality.
Looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about food and have previous cooking experience. A great opportunity to learn about farm to table, sustainability, and food preservation.
Competitive pay, tips & flexible scheduling. Lunch shifts are Mon-Sat with dinners on Thursdays and Fridays. Each shift is around 5-7 hours. Cook position involves both prepping before shift & preparing food to order. Ability to work in a fact paced environment is a must.
