The Draft Sports Bar & Grill in downtown Concord is now seeking an additional full-time, experienced bartender/server/manager on duty.
This is a very important job for our company and we are hoping to find someone with exceptional serving and bartending skills, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, exceptional time/people/process management skills, plus a friendly, positive, professional team-oriented approach to solving problems and creating a fantastic experience for our guests and co-workers.
Ideal candidates will be able to reliably work 5 shifts per week during our hours: weekdays 3 pm - 1 am, weekends 10:30 am - 1 am.
Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience bartending and serving in a fast-paced restaurant. The Draft is a drug-free workplace.
