Description: The Kitchen Manager is responsible for ordering, scheduling, quality control, team building, & training, while adhering to SOP.
The temperature controlled kitchen is extremely spacious and well equipped for any task or load the business might require. While the concept has had its ups and downs the kitchen is built to handle the maximum load. There is both adequate cold storage and prep area. The line is spacious and well equipped to handle high pace cooking.

Ablility lift 50 lbs,
Ability and willingness to work any line position (with authority and finesse).
Working knowledge and use of all serve safe practices. (we strive to hold ourselves to a high standard)
Comprehension of restaurant budgets.
Desire to work in a clean and tidy environment.
Leadership and mentorship skills.
Desire to help implement, adjust and work within a system. (having a routine helps make everyone’s life smoother)

Schedule writing within budgets required.
Any advanced prep skills appreciated (butchery, baking and pastry, saucier, etc)
