ROBERT'S MAINE GRILL: HIRING LINE COOKS
Robert's is renowned for serving the best local ingredients on the Maine seacoast. We use sustainable fish, locally sourced seafood and fresh local oysters.

Duties include but not limited to:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chefs instructions
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
1+ year's experience is preferred, however, we will consider all eligible candidates with a willingness to learn and work hard for the team.
