What You'll Be Doing
As a Manager at Sun Bar & Grill REAL, you’ll be at the center of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping both our team and customers happy. Your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service.- Leading and motivating a team of staff members to perform their best.- Managing schedules, inventory, and supplies to keep everything on track.- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a smile.- Supporting the team during busy shifts and fostering a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone with:-At least 1 year of experiencein a management or leadership role (hospitality experience is a big plus!).- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.- A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication abilities.- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.- A passion for great food, great drinks, and great people!
