Production Worker – Dog Food & Dog Treats (Peterborough, NH)
We are looking for dependable production workers to join our kitchen team making high-quality dog food and dog treats. This is hands-on work in a food production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cut, grind, and mix ingredients
- Spread product onto trays and prepare for drying
- Operate and monitor dehydration equipment
- Lift and move raw materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Comfortable with physical labor including lifting, bending, and carrying
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior kitchen or food production experience a plus (but not required)
- Must love dogs (our customers are four-legged!)
Schedule & Pay:
- Shifts available 2–3 days per week with potential to grow to 5 days.
- Shift lengths can vary (4, 6, 8, or 10 hours) based on your availability
Pay: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
