Peter Christian's Tavern is hiring general kitchen staff. The job involves washing dishes, making pizzas, salads, sandwiches, working the fry station, and helping close the kitchen. There could be other duties as needed by management. You will be part of a team that covers the necessary stations and helps the Chef, as needed. Must be flexible and ready to help wherever needed.
Line cooking experience is a plus. The two schedules we need are:
Schedule #1: Fri-Sun: 12-c (around 10p). This is a permanent position, year round.
Schedule #2: Fri-Sun: 12-c (around 10p). This is a temporary position for the summer through Labor day. This will be a primarily dishwasher role, though we will mix things up on a regular basis.

Reliability and attendance are the most important elements of this job.
Compensation is $25/hour.
