Role: Quality Control Inspector
Goal:
We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our vacation rental homes in Lincoln, NH. We are expanding our vacation rental portfolio and this is an opportunity to be a part of our team as we grow and expand near Loon.
Schedule:
- Complete the inspection after the cleaners leave, before the next guest arrives.
- Typically between 1pm-4pm any day of the week.
- Inspection could be scheduled with as little as 1 day notice.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the house is left in proper condition before the next guest arrives according to our cleaning and staging check-list + photos.
- You will be the last person at the house before the renter arrives and it is essential that the house is left in perfect condition.
- Review a cleaning checklist to ensure that the cleaners did not miss cleaning or refilling any containers.
- If anything was missed by the cleaners (for example, a drawer in the refrigerator is dirty, a soap bottle is dirty, hand soap wasn’t refilled, etc.) you will be responsible for cleaning + refilling.
- Review a staging check-list + photos and ensure that the cleaners did not miss staging/organizing anything.
- If anything was missed by the cleaners (for example, there is not a Welcome Card left on the coffee table, the outdoor furniture is not organized the way it should be, etc. you will be responsible for staging and re-organizing)
- Review an inventory check-list to ensure that cleaners report any inventory that was low correctly so that our team can replenish.
- Send photos via Slack and report and any damage that cleaners may have missed.
- Send photos via Slack of all rooms before leaving.
Communication:
- Must use Turno app for scheduling and tracking purposes
When a booking is made, you will get a notification on Turno to accept the booking and see a list of all upcoming cleaning within the app.
- Use Slack for communication purposes before/during/after the inspection.
- Be highly responsive and reliable.
Results:
- 100% 5-star cleaning star rating
- 100% of inspections are completed on time and before the next guest arrives

- Preferred but not required: Evidence of Liability Coverage- must maintain and provide Certificate of Insurance with the following insurance: (a) Workers Compensation Insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 and (b) comprehensive general liability insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
Pay:
- $50 per inspection
