- Ability to support our Executive Chef and able to manage a team
- Ability to produce quality dishes with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
- Proficient knife skills
- Ability to control food and labor costs
- Experienced in high volume and fast paced environments
- Fosters positive energy and professionalism
- Ability to create nightly specials and help with seasonal menu changes
- Can comply with and enforce safety and sanitation practices
