Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Will train the right person.
Job duties include:Welcoming guests, writing down orders and passing them to the kitchen, serving food and drinks, handling payments, cleaning tables, providing customer service: answering questions about the menu, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
