The Bungalow Club is a private social and dining club offering American Bistro fare with exceptional but unpretentious service.
The ideal candidate must have:
-a passion for food and for creating a welcoming member experience
-be professional and friendly and have a knowledge of French Service
-have a knowledge of cooking ingredients, preparations, spirits, beer, and wines
-have a great attitude, fantastic work ethic, and the desire and commitment to learn
Responsibilities:
-Set up/breakdown dining room
-Polish silver and glassware
-Attend to guests during service hours
-Keep all areas related to service exceptionally clean
-Assist in cleaning dishes as needed
-Take out recycling and trash at end of night
-Have the desire to learn about food, beers, wines, and spirits
-Attend weekly team meeting
-Be an active part of a positive, happy, food-centric, service forward, learning environment
Requirements:
-minimum of 2 years waiting experience in a fine dining venue. Experience must include time within the past 2 years.
-knowledge of alcohol service in the state of NH, Tips certification is a plus
This is not a tipped position. Rate of pay is $18.00 per hour. As membership grows this will convert to a tipped position.
