Hello! The Railpenny Tavern is looking for an experienced brunch cook to work 7-3 Saturdays and Sundays. The first half of your shift is dedicated emergency prep; ie 86'd items, pasta, starting short ribs, ravioli, trimming vegetable. Brunch runs from 12-3, and we offer everything everything from burgers to omelettes.
This is a steady 16 hours a week that could turn into full time towards the spring and summer if that is desired. I am looking for a self starter, someone with attention to detail, who can communicate well, and prioritize a prep list.
