Evening shift 4p-12a or 5p-1a
Full time with benefits and PTO
$22/hr or would consider 2 part time employees
Looking for direct support 1-on-1 for 24 year old male in his Concord apartment
Duties include:
Home maintenance (encourage and help him clean)
Maintaining his schedule/appts
Companionship and listening
Meal preparation and grocery shopping
Guide him on personal care
Medication reminders and supervision
Community involvement
He is eager go be independent He is smart and fun. He needs an outgoing personality who will push him and encourage him to do things on his own. He is hoping you are fun and interesting
He has his own vehicle and drives
He has a cute kitty!
He loves sports and music
He has a very involved family who will support him and his providers
He has a day provider from 8am-4pm
