Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home, school, and community settings
Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior patterns using various measurement systems
Assist with skill acquisition programs including communication, social skills, academic readiness, and daily living skills
Support behavior reduction strategies and crisis intervention procedures as outlined in treatment plans
Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment team members
Participate in regular supervision meetings and training sessions
Follow all ethical guidelines and company policies
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required
Background Check: Must pass comprehensive background screening
Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements: Ability to engage in physical activities including sitting on floor, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keeping up with active children

Schedule and Commitment
Minimum 15-20 hours per week
