Mindful Holistics is seeking a reliable, experienced, licensed psychotherapist (mental health clinician) to join this established and growing holistic based practice.
The position is for 10-15 hours hours per week with the potential to increase hours over an 8-12 month period. Pay is $50 per billable hour.
This is a W2 position so you don’t have to worry about paying your own taxes at the end of the year like with a 1099! This position is also paid a flat rate fee for service on a bi-weekly schedule, regardless of if the insurance company has paid the practice yet, this means you will have steady paychecks without having to wait!
Clinician has access to the physical office on Tuesdays and Fridays (all day), and 4pm - 7pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Desired Skills & Experience
· Must possess a Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
· Must be available to work 2 evenings until 7 pm.
· Psychotherapists must have an independent mental health license in NH or be eligible for licensure in the near future/prior to starting at the practice.
· Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals ages 12 an above.
· Experience working with adolescents ages 12-18 is a MUST. Family therapy experenice is not needed but is desired.
· Experience providing mindfulness, movement, and/or art based therapy preferred.
· A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
· Moderate computer and basic technology skills are needed in order to navigate the EMR.
· Experience with Simple Practice EMR is preferred but not required.

This means you don't have to wait weeks to a month for it to come through. You also will be on a W2 so you will not have to calculate your own taxes at the end of the year and there will be no guess work with your pay.

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. WE CURRENTLY ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS TO PART TIME EMPLOYES. THIS POSITION HAS THE POTENTIAL TO MOVE TO FULL TIME WITHIN ONE YEAR OF STARTING.
Full time employees are eligible for the following benefits after 90 days: health insurance that is partially paid for by the practice, A 401K (no employer contribution/match), and disability/FMLA/Maternity/Paternity coverage up to 12 weeks at 60% of normal pay. Employer pays for group liability insurance that covers all therapists in the office.
