This position is a seasonal on-site recruiter position that will last approximately through the end of November 2024. This is a 40 hour per week position with flexibility on shifts with an hourly rate of $30-$35 per hour. There will be some weekend and evening work as needed to work events and job fairs.
As a Seasonal On-Site Recruiter, you will be responsible for building a pool of passive talent to improve recruiting efficiency and quality. The On-Site Recruiter will identify, create an outreach, and follow up with top talent, while further establishing effective outbound communications for our brand and providing an excellent candidate experience. This role will attend career fairs, pass out flyers in the community and attend local events to attract candidates.
Responsibilities:
Source passive candidates through various channels by identifying the ideal profile for each of our open roles
Develop, own and execute creative sourcing strategies
Local recruitment activities – job fairs, networking events, “feet on the street” recruitment activities
Maintain and nurture your pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that align with their experiences and interests
Engage candidates in order to understand their motivators, purpose, and interests
Create recruitment materials to build our employment brand awareness to potential employees
Report pipeline and candidate activity to the Recruiting team
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within ATS
Qualifications:
Consistent work history is required
Track record of building strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Excellent communication and ability to interact professionally
Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Successful track record of achieving targets
Self-starter with an incredible work ethic
Valid Drivers License
