Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to complete resident work orders, provide preventative maintenance, and complete apartment turnovers. Candidate must have their own set of hand tools, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Candidate will work with as part of a team in Nashua, NH.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete work assignments as directed by the Property Manager
Perform various maintenance functions and minor repairs that do not require a license in the following areas:
o Painting
o Plumbing
o Electrical
o Appliances
o Flooring
o Carpentry
o HVAC
Shoveling snow
Complete apartment turnovers
Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations
Preserve and respect resident and applicant confidentiality
Work patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff.
Join on-call rotation after introductory period.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance, construction, mechanical, HVAC preferred
Experience plowing snow preferred but not required
Physical Demands:
o Lift up to 50 pounds
o Climb and work on ladders
o Work with arms raised overhead
o Stand/walk for long periods of time
o Climb stairs
o Bend at waist and knees to lift boxes, appliances, furniture, shovel snow, etc.
