We are hiring! We are looking for an apartment maintenance worker. Starting pay is $20-$25 per hour based on experience. While we prefer applicants have experience in some trades, we can train the right candidate in basic repairs and work up to completing full renovation projects.
40 hours a week rain, snow, or shine. Paid 2 weeks vacation after 1 year of employment, and paid major holidays off after 30 days of employment. Extra pay for on-call maintenance work orders. Must have a valid license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
