BROADSIDE COLLISION CENTER is currently interviewing qualified and experienced auto body collision technicians to join our team. We are looking for motivated, goal oriented individuals - able to work within a team atmosphere. We are a busy shop, and are looking to add qualified members to our team.
The ideal candidate(s) will be self motivated, no-nonsense, and driven to exceed customer expectations. They will have demonstrated experience performing collision tech duties including but not limited to;
- Punctually and precisely working with the team to diagnose repairs necessary, and ensure the proper ordering of parts and supplies
- Properly communicating needs and necessities in relation to performing the work, within the working guidelines of the insurance companies
- Repairing the vehicle in a safe, timely, and proper matter so that all jobs leave on time
- Working with staff on other tasks and projects as necessary while on property
- Will keep their work areas clean, and have a sense of pride and respect for their surroundings
