We are seeking to fill a part time flexible hour make your own schedule cleaning position within our Galactic Estates property management team. The specs of the current offering we are looking to fill:
General Tasks:
General Cleaning to include but not limited to appliances, floors, walls, tubs, and bagging up of left behind items
Groundskeeping
Trash pickup
Must have's:
Phone
Reliable transportation
Driver's license
Pride in their work
Ability to work at supervisor direction and complete assigned tasks independently or with a team
Workplace environment:
You will be working in and around multi-family buildings in Manchester, NH Concord, NH and surrounding area.
Wages:
$15-20 based on skill level and experience.
Ideal candidate:
We are looking for a motivated conscientious employee who would treat our properties as if they were their own.
