Professional real estate management firm in need of a 3rd shift sweeper driver. The candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of our sweeper truck which travels to various properties throughout Southern NH 6 nights per week.
Job Responsibilities:
-Cleaning shopping center parking lots between the hours of 10 PM-5 AM.
-If needed, emptying large trash receptacles and wipe down for any debris.
-Clearing sidewalks of debris & litter with a blower
-Handpick trash in landscape beds and other areas truck is not able to reach
-Keep notes, photos and report illegal dumps or any other maintenance issues that need to follow up
-Must follow a nightly route sheet
-Clean truck after route
-Clean driving record. Will train. Must be hardworking, punctual, able to move in and about the truck, follow tasks, work efficiently, and able to accomplish nightly assigned job tasks.
