This position will be part of the landscape operations supporting ownership management and customers.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, extensive knowledge of landscaping practice, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a skilled individual who can perform a variety of landscaping tasks with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Landscape Maintenance:
o Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, and mulching.
o Perform seasonal cleanups (spring and fall)
Landscape Installation:
o Assist with the installation of new landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing sod or seed.
o Construct and install hardscape featured, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features (if applicable).
o Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools.
Irrigation:
o Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
o Troubleshoot and resolve irrigation system issues.
Site preparation:
o Prepare sites for landscaping projects, including grading, leveling, and clearing debris.
o Ensure that job sites are clean and organized throughout the project.
Customer Service:
o Interact with clients when necessary in a professional and courteous manner.
o Address client concerns and provide excellent customer service.
Safety:
o Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
o Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications
0-3 minimum years of professional landscaping experience.
Ability to perform all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation.
Knowledge of plant identification, care, and maintenance
Experience operating and maintaining various landscaping equipment
Ability to read and interpret landscape design and blueprints (if applicable).
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Irrigation experience is a plus.
