Law Realty manages a wide range of industrial, warehousing, and office spaces throughout the New England area. The property management team performs consistent property maintenance, landscaping, upgrades and renovations, and the occasional special project for its tenants.
Facilities Maintenance - Full Time
$22.00 to $23.00 per Hour - The daily work schedule begins at 6:00 am
Work begins at our facility in Nashua and crews travel to sites together in company vehicles.

Law Realty has a full-time employment opportunity available to work with our crew performing facilities maintenance of our offices, trucking terminals, and warehouse space.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance:
Minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment
Assisting with other types of repairs or maintenance
Operating power equipment for grounds maintenance or snow removal
Assist in moving equipment, racking, office units, furniture, etc.
Provide services as needed to tenants and tenants’ properties.
maintains clean, safe, and orderly work area and sites.
Qualifications:
Must be 23 years of age or older
A valid driver’s license. CDL is a plus
Clean Driving and Safety Record
Must have a successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding
Must be able to pass Drug Screening and pre-employment physical
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) plus 4 years of related experience.
Basic knowledge of the following trades: HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, glass replacement, painting, masonry, ground’s keeping, appliance repair, roof repair, and minor electrical work.
Experience with tools used in maintenance and repair of building facilities.
Ability to operate fork truck, scissor lift, bucket loader, snowplow equipment, bucket truck, box van, and ground equipment.
Work independently with minimal supervision
Basic math skills
