Qualified candidates must possess:
5 years of remodeling experience in occupied homes
Valid driver's license
Be able to pass a criminal background check
A solid track record of positive projects with references to back it up
Ability and talent to install small scale drywall repairs on occasion
Job Description:
Double checking designs and spec to ensure that all plans will work in the real world
Have clear and polite communication skills when conveying messages to clients or Project Managers
Possess a keen attention to detail that shows in the work that is to be produced
Keep the project on time and within budget
Work with the Project Manager to make sure that all materials are ordered or scheduled well in advance of the necessity for them
Do whatever it takes to get the job done
