Seeking Full Time Agriculture & Construction Machinery Detailer
The Machinery Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, painting and preparing construction and agriculture equipment for customer delivery, showroom display, and resale. This includes both cosmetic detailing and basic inspections to ensure the equipment is ready for use or sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail construction and agriculture equipment inside and out using pressure washers, cleaning agents, hand tools, and paint supplies
- Inspect equipment for cosmetic or minor mechanical issues and report findings to service staff
- Apply decals, touch-up paint, and protective coatings as needed
- Ensure all machinery is properly prepared for customer delivery or display
- Assist with yard organization and equipment staging as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and detailing areas
- Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in equipment or automotive detailing is preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Must provide your own tools
- Ability to operate construction equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
