FULL-TIME Maintenance Technician needed for busy real estate company. Must have basic maintenance skills not limited to painting, work orders, apartment turnovers, etc. Must be able to communicate with tenants properly and effectively. Must have valid license and automobile. Will be required to be part of an emergency on-call schedule rotation. Compensation includes monthly auto / phone allowance in addition to salary.
