Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our growing company, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our multi-family properties in Bedford and Nashua, NH. The role involves a variety of tasks, including:
- Responsible for interior/exterior and common area maintenance – landscape, hallway maintenance and clean & parking lot maintenance
- Completing resident work orders- (HVAC & Plumbing Experience Preferred)
- On- call emergency maintenance rotation required
- Managing 3rd party vendors
- Snow removal (plow experience preferred)
-Carpentry skills required
Qualifications:
- Reliable Transportation
- Trustworthy (criminal background will be checked)
- General knowledge of property maintenance
- Experience with snow removal/plowing (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
