WHO WE ARE: We are a small gardening business located in the Seacoast Area: Exeter, Hamptons, Portsmouth and Southern Maine Area looking for independent contractors / gardening experience. Most of our clients hire us to care for their garden beds. We plant lots of flowers, weed, edge, care for perennials and create seasonal displays. Most of the time the work does not involve heavy lifting.
YOU: Someone interested in gardening preferably you have a little gardening / landscape experience.
EXPERIENCE: You should have some gardening / landscaping experience either residential or commercial.
PAYMENT: As an independent contractor you are in control of our own work hours and you will be paid per hour after a few days work. As an independent contractor you are free to work for anyone else. We pay $20.00/hr. for new independent contractors and more for established contractors. You may work alone or be working alongside other gardeners during regular business hours. Mon-Fri. 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. You are can work as many and whatever hours work best for you
We can pay you by check or by CASH if you prefer so long as you provide us with a receipt for the CASH payment and you have satisfactorily completed the 1-2 day job.
As an independent contractor you will need to fill out a W-9 form and so that you will receive from us a 1099 at the end of the year. Also, where you will be working on other people’s properties, I ask for a copy of your driver’s license as ID.
We have a lot of work and can offer multiple projects throughout the next few months.
