As a gate agent, you will be responsible for not only all customer service, ticketing, special passenger issues, and baggage check, you will be prepared for all situations such as medical emergencies. You will be the face of the airline at the gate, and will be expected to become an authority on all policies, and keep calm in the face of difficult situations.
