Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution:
- Perform general construction duties including framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and other related tasks.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
2. Quality Control:
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Perform inspections and verify that completed work aligns with project requirements.
- Address any issues or defects promptly and efficiently.
3. Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to prevent accidents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a general construction subcontractor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
