High Mowing School, located in Wilton, NH, is seeking a full-time, year-round General Maintenance person. This position reports directly to the Director of Facilities. This person must possess a working knowledge of basic construction and maintenance skills.
The essential functions of the position are:
Respond to Facility email requests daily
Maintain cleanliness and safety of all buildings and common areas
Repair minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical problems
Perform maintenance at fixed site locations
Care and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
Required to share in the on-call rotation
Responsible for snow removal and landscaping as required
Qualifications
Personable, neat, dependable and trustworthy. Knowledge of building operations required. Working knowledge with construction and plumbing tools. Reliability, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude necessary.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a related field is preferred, but will train the right person.
Valid Driver's License required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and read, write, and speak English.
