Campground seeking a skilled Outdoor Supervisor to ensure upkeep of exterior landscape and buildings are completed daily. This is an autonomous position that will often work solo except for a crew of 3-4 team members on weekends. This position will have every Tuesday and Wednesday off. The hours are 9am-5:30pm. This is a seasonal position from April to the end of October. Candidates must have a valid driver license and be 21+.
Responsibilities:
- Weeding, site clean-up, trash barrel replacement, grading roads, trimming bushes, painting, mulch beds, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
- Strong leadership skills to supervise a team effectively
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
