The position will perform and oversee various household tasks, staff inventory management and catering,
support event management operations, and follow through on work procedures and high standards to maintain house operations, efficiency and effectiveness.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform daily household tasks including, but not limited to, general cleaning, care of residence, and reordering supplies
Supervise daily staff inventory check out/in, and maintain detailed and organized records of inventory (Jackets, radio’s, headlamps, etc.)
Facilitate administrative support tasks, establish and/or refine work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness as it relates to household operations and staff inventory
Balance various projects such as wardrobe replenishment, buying and logging inventory, detailed cleaning, ordering/collecting catering, special staff event planning etc.
Cleaning of guest bathroom facilities.
Willing and able to help with staffing various event staff positions during break times
Able to maintain a high level of strict confidentiality and professionalism
Fulfill various projects as assigned
HOURS: Full time hours from the end of December through end of the season. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be detail-oriented and meticulous with a passion for excellence and achievement. They also demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while exhibiting confidence and a can-do attitude. The job requires flexibility and overtime hours at times, and must be able to be a problem solver who can work collaboratively with other staff.
PAY: $20 per hour
Ice Castles is an awe-inspiring, must-see winter phenomenon that brings fairytales to life. The frozen attraction is located in cities across North America. Ice Castles is built entirely by hand using hundreds of thousands of icicles hand-placed by professional ice artists. The castles include breathtaking LED-lit sculptures, frozen thrones, ice-carved tunnels, slides, and fountains.
